jay77 Terms & Conditions — Platform Rules and Player Obligations

1.1 These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between jay77 (the "Platform") and any individual ("Player") who accesses, registers with, or uses any service offered through the jay77 website and associated mobile platforms.

1.2 By completing the account registration process, clicking the acceptance checkbox, or by otherwise using any part of the jay77 Platform, the Player unconditionally accepts and agrees to be legally bound by these Terms, together with the jay77 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

1.3 These Terms apply to all Products available on jay77, including but not limited to: casino games (slots, live dealer tables, crash games, virtual sports), sports betting (cricket, football, kabaddi, tennis), and any promotional or bonus products offered from time to time.

2.5 Account Accuracy. Accounts found to contain materially false information may be suspended pending verification or permanently closed.

Any activity that occurs on an account while the Player's credentials are in their possession or custody is the Player's sole responsibility. jay77 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access that results from the Player's failure to keep credentials secure.

3.4 Account Dormancy. Any remaining balance at the time of closure will be refunded to the Player's verified payment method, subject to KYC requirements being satisfied.

7.1 The following activities are strictly prohibited on jay77 and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:
